Classes
Color Guard is a co-curricular activity at Vista Ridge. That means that along with after-school rehearsals, our students also participate in color guard classes during the school day. As a member of our program, our students satisfy both their PE and Fine Arts credits. Color Guard is a full year, double blocked course.

Color Guard Class Meets:

A Day - 4th Period 2:22 PM to 3:45 PM
B Day - 8th Period 2:22 PM to 3:45 PM

Marching Band Rehearsals
During marching season, the color guard has one sectional night per week and two full marching band rehearsals. Below is the schedule for the majority of the season, although some exceptions apply.

Fall Color Guard Rehearsals:
Monday - 4:05 PM to 6:45 PM
Wednesday - 4:05 PM to 6:15 PM
Thursday - 4:05 PM to 6:45 PM

During winter guard season, each program has two rehearsals per week. The Varsity Winter Guard may have the occasional additional rehearsals throughout the season. Below is the schedule for the majority of the season, although some exceptions apply.

Winter Guard Rehearsals:
Tuesday- JV and Varsity Rehearsal 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Thursday - Varsity Rehearsal 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Friday - JV Rehearsal 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM
